A piston ring is a gapped ring that is placed into a groove on the inner diameter of a bore or housing to seal the media and prevent leakage. Precision Rings, Inc. (PRI) design and engineering team will review prints or drawings to help determine the best process to manufacturer Piston Rings. Precision’s engineering team is also capable of seal rings based on operating conditions including, temperatures, pressures, and environmental conditions. PRI has extensive experience creating Piston Rings for use with all types of solids, fluids, and gases, as well as extreme operating conditions and environments. Precision Rings can produce Piston Rings from a wide array of materials to ensure the proper performance, fit, and quality for your design. All custom piston rings are subjected to intensive quality assurance process prior to delivery. PRI can help with prototype projects or high volume runs.
