A Seal Ring is a gapped ring that is placed into a groove on the inner diameter of a bore or housing to seal the media and prevent leakage. Precision Rings Inc.’s design and engineering team will review prints or drawings to help determine the best process to manufacturer Seal Rings. Precision’s engineering team is also capable of designing Seal Rings based on operating conditions including, temperatures, pressures, and environmental conditions. PRI has extensive experience creating Seal Rings for use with all types of solids, fluids, and gases, as well as extreme operating conditions and environments. Precision Rings can produce Seal Rings from a wide array of materials to ensure the proper performance, fit, and quality for your design. All Seal Rings are subjected to intensive quality assurance process prior to delivery. PRI can help with prototype projects or high volume runs.
